Donna is an investment adviser representative of Westchester Capital Management. Donna is a key member of the Investment Management and Portfolio Management Committees. Her responsibilities include investment research, management of client portfolios, and communicating with clients. She is also the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer and coordinates the compliance for the firm and the teams at Westchester Capital Management. Donna maintains the firm’s registration and compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as applicable state agencies.
Donna received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Donna is a member of the Golden Key National honor Society, Financial Management Association's National Honor Society, and appeared on the Dean's List. She has an affiliate membership to the Omaha-Lincoln Society of Financial Analysts and the CFA Institute. Donna has over 20 years of experience in the industry.
