James's
duties include researching and analyzing WCM's equity
investments as well as working with the 2nd generation of Westchester
Capital's clients. In this role, James will assist clients in the development
of their investment goals and strategies. In addition to providing investment
guidance, James will act as an unbiased authority where clients can
seek advice in estate planning, insurance, mortgage, loan, etc. He is
also a member of the Investment Committee.
James graduated from Iowa State University with a double
major in accounting and finance, graduating with honors. During his
tenure, he was an active member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity, serving
in several leadership roles including that of president. Upon graduation
James joined The Boeing Company's management training program where
he held positions in each of Boeing's operating units. His last position
was within Boeing's Integrated Defense System as a project estimator.
He is applying for an affiliate membership in the Omaha-Lincoln Society of Financial
Analysts and the CFA Institute.
