Amy assists in coordinating communication with our clients, their
accountants, attorneys, and third party plan administrators. Her primary
responsibilities are overseeing and trouble shooting back office issues
and keeping management informed of all client issues. In addition, she
is responsible for opening new accounts and managing the transfers of
assets, monitoring the reconciliation of all accounts to ensure they
are in balance each month, prepare regular internal portfolio reports
and also quarterly and year-end account statements for clients.
Amy has been with Westchester since 1989 and prior to that,
she was a sales assistant for five years with a national brokerage firm.
Amy received her degree as an Executive Assistant from the Nebraska
College of Business.
